Balakrishnan Ranganathan – Managing Director and CEO Balakrishnan Ranganathan is the CEO and MD of Excelencia i Tech Consulting Pvt. Ltd. He is the driving force behind the company’s performance. Prior to starting Excelencia, Bala was responsible in developing a startup offshore software organization from the scratch and was successful in making the organization reach the two million mark in less than two years. In his total career span of 27 years he has worked for leading companies in Plastics and Pharmaceuticals sector and later began his career in IT and has held various management positions in IT sector for the past 13 years. Bala has led Excelencia in several important initiatives pertaining to advancing the company’s future to achieve its vision of becoming the preferred vendor for software outsourcing.

Bala’s passion apart from Excelencia is teaching and reading. He has taught and given lectures in many reputed colleges and universities throughout India.

Rajesh PR – CTO & VP Partnerships Rajesh is the Chief Technology Officer at Excelencia i Tech Consulting Pvt. Ltd. His responsibilities include management of Excelencia’s overall offshore operations with an additional focus on strategic planning and new business development. He has over 10 years of experience in complete life cycle of commercial application software development & implementing various commercial applications across all platforms. Worked with big names in the IT industry like Satyam, Cognizant, Tesco, iSOFT, etc…
Rajesh oversees Excelencia’s technology strategy and the delivery of enterprise business solutions, focusing on meeting the needs of consumers and providers.

Rajesh has a passion for traveling and shows keen interest in software programming. Rajesh has an uncanny affection towards dogs which makes his favorite past time.

Shahul Hameed – COO & VP Oracle Practice Shahul joined Excelencia in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer. In addition to his role of COO he also manages the Oracle Division by being Vice President for Oracle Practice. Shahul has over 18 years of experience in telecommunication industry with hands-on experience in voice, data, satellite, PDH, SDH technologies. Managed several large private telecom network projects both in India and South-Asia for high profile MNCs. Managed product rollout for a leading telecom operator. Created full-fledged operations & support team right from scratch. His Key strengths include Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Customer Management, Program/Project Management, Operations Management, Product Management, Presales Solution Support. Worked with telecom giants like MCI (Currently Verizon Business), Reliance Communications etc.,

Shahul is a fitness enthusiast and running is his passion. He makes sure to complete at least five miles a day and his motto for running is for fun.

Buvaaneswari – CFO Buvaaneswari is the CFO of Excelencia i Tech Consulting Pvt Ltd and she’s overall responsible for the smooth functioning of the finance and Admin departments. Having 23 years of experience in Finance and Administration in various fields and has expertise in costing of various formulations in the pharmaceutical and printing industry. During the course of her career she straddled strategic and operational responsibilities in financial planning, treasury, tax, compliance & processes. She has around five years of experience in handling the finance and admin departments in software companies.

Buvaaneswari has an immense passion for cooking and loves experimenting new recipes.
